Actually, probably best not to literally eat it. It's 47 million years old after all and we all know what happens to leftovers after just a week or so.
In any case, this is a pretty important discovery in the grand scheme of life, the universe and everything. And I can't help feeling just a little insignificant - the (almost) 38 years that I've been around are barely the equivalent of the depression on the surface tension made by the feet of those insects that can walk on water when you consider how long everything else has been around.
But don't let my moment of melancholy fool you - I still consider myself pretty significant to all of you.

Blasted thing was found 100 years ago! So:
1. Evolutionists - you don't help matters by sitting on stuff like this for, like, an age. Especially when the creationists are always harping on about the perceived dearth of intermediate fossils. And...
2. Creationists - you see how rare these intermediate fossils are, and how few of them are found, considering how many animals have lived and died in those millions of years? Give it time and we will find the big ones, the real missing links. Your time is running out...and by the way, not one of you, ever, ever, ever, will see the Rapture. Fact :0)
