Is there any kitchen utensil cooler than this 1 egg frying pan that we picked up this weekend at Bed, Bath and Beyond?
Not only is it exactly the right size for frying (or poaching) a single egg; and not only was the egg that I fried today in a drop of Olive Oil perfectly cooked; but it has a little egg with a face on it on the handle too!
Am I getting a little too egg-cited over this? Would you too not be egg-static to have such a utensil in your kitchen? My mind is scrambled at the possibilities. OK, OK, I guess I should take it a little over-easy.
