Just a quick update from Vancouver Airport while we wait to board the flight back to San Francisco.We had a great time up here for the weekend - hanging out with Bethany (M's former student) in Fort Langley on Friday afternoon, catching the mis-named movie 'Unstoppable' (spoiler alert: they do eventually stop the train) at the Collussus movie theater in Langley before ending the day with some great Martinis and Singapore Slings and a snack at the hotel bar that night.
Saturday saw us meeting up with Bethany and her boyfriend Clayton for lunch on Saturday, followed by Scrabble and Bananagram playing in the foyer at the hotel, then the Harbour Seaplane Flight (very cool indeed), dinner at Joe Forte's, and then wrapping the day at the Improv Theatre on Granville Island.
I've now uploaded some additional pictures from our main camera which you can see on the Flickr site. In the meantime, below is a video of the take-off in the Seaplane as filmed by M.
Vancouver is beautiful - we'll be coming back here to do some more exploring in the future, me thinks!
