It has been suggested...

Alphabetized CD Shelves

... that I've been remiss of late with respect to the frequency of my blogging; that I've been letting down my legions of readers around the world who regularly check this very site to get their updates on the UlloaSullivan happenings; that perhaps I'm more than happy to let Meleena take up the mantle with her prolific blogging on all things Beatles/David Tennant/Funny High School occurrences-related; that things must be pretty boring for me at the moment.

Well, perhaps all of the above is true. Or perhaps, having paved the way with this internet/social media-laden world that we all now live in that I have grown tired of all the attention and I am content to let the next generation get more of the attention now.

Wait! Me be happy with other people getting more attention than me? Ha!

Anyway, the truth is that things have been fairly quiet with us for the past week or so. That's one reason why I have been able to focus a disproportionately large amount of time (aided somewhat by Meleena) in re-organizing our CD collection and drilling the extra holes required for the bottom shelves to complete the job. Or in putting shelves up in the office so that we can get rid of the huge boxes that have lain strewn across the floor in front of my desk for 3 months or so (M would insist that it has been much longer). And these are just the beginning of the activities that are on our To-Do list for 2011 in preparation for the month of June and the events that are planned to take place here at Chez UlloaSullivan during those 30 days. And, of course, it's inevitable that I'll be traveling again soon and will be bringing the usual updates from the road. And there's always the Twitter updates to keep you amused in between full-blown blog updates.

So, please don't take the relative silence so far this year as anything more than a brief respite before things get going again in the near future. And certainly not as an indication that I don't want any attention from you. Nothing could be further from the truth - in spite of any protests I might make to the contrary.
