What started out intended as some extra interest for the kids, turned into highly competitive situation for the adults late yesterday.
We had rented this Spin Art machine as part of the bouncy castly/water slide deal and almost forgot to give it a go before they came to clear everything up. Michelle remembered and brought round to the back porch where each of the kids had a couple of goes pouring colored paints on to the spinning card inside the box.
Once they were done, it was the adults turn to give it a try and we each spent a good while trying to achieve our artistic aspirations. None more so than Jim however, who long after everyone else had hung their pieces up to dry could be found hunched over the box and trying a multitude of different techniques to get it just right. We know what to get him for his next birthday. :)
